Shawn, Jason, and Ryan grew up in the same small town, playing music together in various cover bands as teenagers. One by one they escaped rural life and pursued careers in tech. That got boring, however, so they've decided to play music again. What does it sound like? Oh I dunno, Shoegaze meets Outlaw Country? They have a hard time describing it. They also picked a name that's near impossible to spell. INLPHYIX was named after a mnemonic command name of a COBOL program written in 1985. Good luck pronouncing that!
